Over the next couple of months, there will be no access to some of our Archives, Special Collections and stores. Work is starting to create a mezzanine floor in our biggest store room, which will greatly increase our storage space and improve access to many materials currently stored off-site. However, while the work is going on, we will not be able to fetch materials from this area.
We expect this restriction to last from 13th December to 7th February.
The following collections are affected:
Store, Store A, Store B, Ref Store, Journals Store, Dissertations 1990-99 and Examination Papers.
The final date for requesting materials from these collections is 10th December.
There will also be a limited service in the Archives, with requests not accepted after 9th December. Please contact arch.enquiries@ioe.ac.uk for further details of Archive services.
